APARTMENTS & HOTELS
If you are looking for accommodation at the Electric Elephant Festival then the villages of PETRCANE or PUNTA SKALA are best for walking to the festival site.

Apartments and villas can be booked for the week or weekend as well as cheaper hotels (some as little as €10 per night!) all within walking distance to the festival site and can be booked via the agencies below:

www.generalturist.com / www.oliva-rms.hr / www.terratravel.hr

For accommodation enquiries INSIDE the village, please email Gail: gail@thegardenzadar.com

The Hotel Pinija which is situated next to the festival site, provides entertainment for kids during the day and has an indoor swimming pool as well as tennis courts, crazy golf and volleyball courts.

There is a small campsite very close to the festival which can hold around 100-120 "plots" (ie. Small - medium tent). The price is 25 kuna's per day which works out at around £3 a day. Bargain!

Please check out www.camp-pineta.com or email gail@thegardenzadar.com for a larger campsite, they do get booked up quite quickly though!

FOOD
The village has many great little restaurants and cafes and of course its only a short trip to Zadar and its many places to eat.

There will be an onsite food at the festival site offering fresh fish, burgers & more

In Zadar there are plenty of banks and ATMs but we recommend bringing plenty of spending money into the festival with you to avoid any disappointments.

BUS
Croatia has an excellent network of nationwide coach services, including one of the most popular routes from Zagreb to Zadar which runs about 20 times a day, which takes you on a beautiful 4 hour drive through the mountains. Prices are around 15EUR.

You can train from any part of Europe to Zagreb, which is only an hour or so away from the festival. Not only is this option better for the environment, it might actually work out cheaper and is definitely one for those wanting an adventure to kick off their holidays...

The Seat61 website breaks down which trains to which cities you'll need to get and how much they are. It also covers hotels, hostels and other important bits of info you'll need on the way. www.seat61.com

SAILING
If you are flying into Ancona, there is an overnight ferry that sails to Zadar. A full timetable can be viewed at www.jadrolinija.hr

If you have good sea legs then you may want to consider chartering a boat. It can be anchored in Petrcane bay and you can swim to the festival shores!

We recommend www.feral-tours.com and after the festival you can then continue your holiday sailing around the thousands islands along the Dalmatian coast.
